Based on the Exercises provided in the Rehabilitation program from Manchester Royal Infirmary implant team, the App allows users with smartphones or tablets, to practice listening to various words and phrases to help their hearing skills after the implant switch on. As the patient progresses there is an optional feature available which adds background noise to the exercises as much or as little as the user feels comfortable with.
